    Having driven by hundreds of times, I finally had an opportunity to have lunch with my husband and some friends.  Specials are posted on whiteboard above grill...the pork loin was excellent.  I decided to ask for the navy bean soup that was included to go.  It was excellent as well. Stuffed pepper soup looked yummy too :) Staff was friendly, we enjoyed our visit.  Look forward to a return visit!

    Okay all of you gamblers and road trippers. If you're in the area around Northfield, try making a stop at this little breakfast and lunch diner off of Northfield Road. I stopped in for breakfast recently and found the place to be just as described by others on Yelp. Small, cash only, greasy spoon place that will throw you back in time. These kinds of places are getting harder and harder to find, and I know we'll lament their extinction when it happens. Get in a place like this to enjoy all the bacon, butter, eggs, and sodium while you still can. And btw, don't eat like this every day, and you'll be okay. I'm going to head back for a burger at some point. The flat top looks just right for making an excellent pattie!

    We have been here on week day when off work and really good deals. fast service and good food. Friendly service and quick with coffee refill. We decided to check out on a Sunday and place packed. you can sit at counter and we were able to find a table in the back and waited on right away.  we love supporting small business and as long as good and consistent we will come back.

    Everything here was fantastic. All the great breakfast foods were available, and the only con was that it's cash only. I got a specialty pancake of chocolate chips and peanut butter which was amazing. My date got French toast, bacon and hash browns and he loved everything. All in all, great meal and would def eat it again.

    Good family place. Staff friendly. Made to order. Just a little greasy spoon with local hard working staff. Breakfast is really good. Lunch decent. Worth the stop. Do not have to twist my arm to eat here.
